GREEN AND AROMATIC: REAL NATURE »Green Nature« owes its naturally strong colour, aromatic smell and taste to the particularly gentle hot-air drying process immediately after cutting. For the sake of our environment, we only use CO2-neutral energy for this. SUPPORT FOR TOOTH ABRASION: In the gentle drying process, the natural fibre structure of the grasses is largely preserved. The structurally rich stalks can thus naturally support the tooth abrasion of rabbits and small animals. WE GUARANTEE: Our hay is free from artificial additives and 100% natural. We set the highest quality standards for the product itself, as well as for the entire careful harvesting and production process. In this way, the hay is freed from dust and particles in a filter system and gently cleaned several times.

Returns

Refunds
Sellers have to offer a refund for certain items only if they are faulty, such as: Personalised items and custom-made items, Perishable items, Newspapers and magazines, Unwrapped CDs DVDs and computer software. If you used your PayPal balance or bank account to fund the original payment, the refunded money will go back to your PayPal account balance. If you used a credit or debit card to fund the original payment, the refunded money will go back to your card. The seller will effect the refund within three working days but it may take up to 30 days for Paypal to process the transfer. For payments funded partially by a card and partially by your balance/bank, the money taken from your card will go back to your card and the remainder will return to your PayPal balance.
